Terms

These conditions of sale are addressed to an individual clientele (less than 10 persons), traveling within the framework of a professional or leisure stay and whose stay does not imply the realization of services "Seminar" or "Group" »(Room rental, banquet ...)

 Any reservation made at the hotel St Pierre and corresponding to the criteria previously stated means the adhesion to the present general conditions of sale and the complete and unreserved acceptance of their terms.

ARTICLE 1: Capacity

 Any customer making a reservation acknowledges the ability to contract, namely to be of age and not be placed under guardianship or trusteeship.

ARTICLE 2: Price

 Rates are in euros and all taxes included.

They only include the services strictly mentioned at the time of booking or in the confirmation mail.

The price mentioned during the booking will be added benefits consumed in addition to the stay and the amount of the tourist tax.

ARTICLE 3: Booking conditions

 To guarantee the reservation, a credit card number is required at the time of booking.

This is only a way to guarantee the booking, payment will be made on site at the time of departure, or an amount of 30% may be required.

The credit card will only be debited in the situations described in articles 7, 8 and 9.

ARTICLE 4: Support

 As part of the support of the stay of the customer by any organization (customer's company, travel agency ...), a fax or email support must be sent to the hotel by the said organization, before the arrival of the customer.

This document must include a summary of the reservation (customer name, date, amount of room reserved ...), details of the services provided by the organization (accommodation, breakfast, extras ...) and the address to which the invoice must be sent.

In case of non receipt of this document before the end of the stay of the customer, it will pay personally, at the time of his departure, the sums invoiced relative to his stay.

ARTICLE 5: Provision of rooms

 The rooms are at your disposal from 15h on the day of arrival.

They must be released at 11am at the latest on the day of departure.

All reservations are held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Thank you kindly inform us in case of late arrival.

After 18:00 and in case the client has not informed of his late arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

ARTICLE 6: Terms of payment

 The payment of the stay is done at the reception of the hotel at the time of the departure of the customer, on presentation of an invoice published by the hotel.

The costs incurred by the hotel during the recovery of its receivables are the responsibility of the customer concerned.

ARTICLE 7: Cancellations

 If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

 If canceled or modified later, the hotel will charge 100% of the first night.

ARTICLE 8: No show

 In case of no-show of the guest on the due date, the total price of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided.

ARTICLE 9: Undeclared flights and consumptions

 For any flight or consumption not declared at the time of departure, the hotel St Pierre reserves the right to invoice and to collect the amount of the sums stolen or not declared on the bank card left in guarantee at the time of the reservation.

ARTICLE 10: Force Majeure

 By "force majeure" means any event beyond the control of the hotel and having an unpredictable and insurmountable nature making it impossible to achieve all or part of the services booked by the customer with the hotel (climate disaster, strike, riot ...).

Faced with a case of force majeure, the hotel St PIERRE can not be held responsible for the non realization of these services.

ARTICLE 11: Disputes and Jurisdiction

 For all disputes that can not be settled amicably, the jurisdiction to hear the case will be that which the hotel St Pierre.
